Delish! Made this for my man... Followed easy instructions and turned out great!.. Unfortunately the end result of marrying me didn't happen... but at least the meal was good. 😳😁

I made this for my girlfriend of 2 years last night and she said it was THE BEST dinner i have ever made her and i cook ALOT. This is definitly going in the rotation. I served it over rotini pasta sauteed in garlic and olive oil and snow peas. it did take a little longer to cook, i had big chicken thighs and it took almost 35-40 min, so keep that in mind.

Turned out delicious!  I would add a little cornstarch to the broth mixture to thicken it a bit. And some spinach for some freshness.

The dish turned out great!!  It was easy to make.  Added mushrooms as well.  Didn’t have heavy cream so I used milk with butter.  Additionally I used poultry seasoning instead of thyme.

This is an excellent recipe, except I would never dream of using an entire teaspoon of red pepper flakes!  I used 1/4, and the sauce had just a bit of 'bite' to it.  Absolutely delicious and so, so easy!

I made this but added 4 strip of bacon that I seared the chicken in and then cut up the cooked chicken and sprinkled it on the chicken before baking. It was awesome and my boys are the whole plate.’ no leftovers.

Absolutely awesome chicken dish. I did use about half of the crushed red pepper and it still had just a little heat to it. I roasted some green beans and then toss them in the sauce before serving the chicken and green beans.

This is my go-to dish!! Guest love it... my husband loves it! So easy and great to pair with some roasted potatoes and veggies. Its simple but still impressive.

This recipe is sooo tasty! Second time making it. I served mine over egg noodles with green beans as a side. This time I used chicken breast, added a little flour to thicken, and a splash a white wine made the sauce extra delicious. I also just finished cooking the chicken in the pan instead of using the oven.

Best chicken recipe I've ever cooked/eaten. Since finding this recipe a couple months ago we have made it about 10 times. Highly recommend. It's also great served over a bed of white rice.

The only change I made was to double the recipe.  It was an ok dish.  But I didn't find it amazing or proposal worthy.

TURNS OUT LIKE PHOTO! Delicious.  It took me longer to sear the chicken well (especially in batches so the pieces won't steam.) Everything else was simple.  i added in some spinach leaves and some colorful cherry tomatoes on top.

Got bored of the same old, same old during quarantine. Found this recipe a couple weeks ago and it was absolutely the change up I needed. This might be the tastiest chicken I've ever made. Making it again tonight, can't wait.

I made this for dinner. The reaction from my the family was this is amazing. I seared the chicken for 5 minutes on each side. I also added mushrooms; 1/2 cup chopped, to the sauce. I baked for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Then I served over egg noodles with the sauce.

This is pretty great--but honestly, super-close non-boozy version of my alla vodka (aka "do me chicken & pasta")

OMG !!!!!! This chicken was a hit. I topped mine off with a little salsa and sour cream cause I didn’t have tomatoes and it was so good. Definitely understand the name.

I’m not looking to get married but my 95 year grandmother told me to give her the recipe so she can “bag a man”, lol!!!! Our entire family LOVES this one. I added a bit more parm and next time will add some flour to thicken up the sauce just a bit. Flippin’ AMAZING!!

Juicy, lightly breaded chicken sliced and served over tender fettuccine noodles and topped with a creamy garlic and spinach white sauce.

Tuscan Garlic Chicken Fettuccine

chicken breasts (sliced in half lengthwise)

flour

pepper

baby spinach leaves (roughly chopped)

red bell pepper (diced)

fettuccine noodles

garlic

½ cups half and half ((heavy cream or whole milk can be substituted))

parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

Cook your fettuccine noodles according to package instructions (boil til tender), drain, and set aside. (see note)

Whisk together the 1/4 cup flour, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture, being sure to coat all sides.

Drizzle a large skillet with a little bit of oil (a couple of teaspoons will work) and allow to come to temperature over medium heat. Lay chicken in the pan, cover, and cook for 3-5 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook another 3-4 minutes until browned on the outside and white though the middle. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside while you make the sauce.

Wipe out your skillet with a dry paper towel. Add butter and saute over medium heat til melted. Add garlic and saute another minute or so til fragrant. Sprinkle with flour and stir til mixture clumps to gather.

Gradually whisk half and half into the pan until completely combined. Add spinach and red peppers and cook another 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted. Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper and stir until melted and sauce is thickened.

Top fettuccine noodles with chicken (sliced or whole), and pour the sauce over the top. Enjoy!

Tuscan Chicken Recipe

chicken breasts (halved (1 1/2 lbs))

tsp fine sea salt (divided,

tsp black pepper (divided)

Tbsp light olive oil (divided)

unsalted butter

oz brown mushrooms (thickly sliced)

sun-dried tomatoes

green onion (green parts, chopped)

heavy whipping cream

parmesan cheese (finely shredded)

baby spinach

In a large non-reactive skillet over medium heat and melt in 1 Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp olive oil. Season chicken all over with about 1/2 salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Add chicken to the hot skillet and sauté 3-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through to a safe internal temperature of 165 ̊F on an instant-read thermometer.

Remove chicken from the pan and transfer to a cutting board to cool then slice chicken if desired.

In the same pan over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp oil and sliced mushrooms, and sauté 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until lightly golden and excess liquid has evaporated. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, green onion, minced garlic 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Sauté another 1 minute or until garlic is fragrant.

Stir in cream and sprinkle 1/2 cup parmesan cheese over the top. Bring to a light boil, stirring frequently then reduce heat and simmer (2 minutes) until sauce is slightly thickened. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.

Add spinach and stir just until wilted. Add chicken back to the pan, and spoon warm sauce over it then remove from heat. Garnish with chives if desired.

How To Make Easy Tuscan Chicken Recipe

This creamy Tuscan chicken recipe is a dinner winner! Seared Italian chicken simmers in a rich and creamy, spinach and sun-dried tomato sauce. For visual reference - be sure to check out the video above!

Italian seasoning (or a mix of individual spices

extra virgin olive oil

onion

sun-dried tomatoes (thinly sliced)

¼ cup freshly grated parmesan

Season chicken

Prep the chicken. Season both sides of each chicken breast in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Sear chicken

Sear the chicken. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and sear for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until golden. Remove the chicken from the pan to a plate and set aside.

Cook onions

Cook the onions. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil and the onion. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, until the onion has softened.

Cook tomatoes and garlic

Add the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic and saute another minute, until fragrant.

Add spinach

Add the spinach, and saute another minute, until just starting to wilt.

Add cream and cheese

Add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stir together, and bring to a simmer.

Simmer

Let it simmer. Place the chicken back in the skillet and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.

It's an (almost) 30-minute, one-pan meal that I know you're gonna love. This CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN is a wow-worthy dinner recipe with Mediterranean flair!

A quick and delicious weeknight dinner, this creamy Tuscan Chicken recipe is perfect! A creamy sauce infused with sun-dried tomatoes, you&#039;ll love how flavorful the sauce is.

chicken breasts (pounded to an even thickness)

tsp pepper

Tbsp oil

Tbsp butter

garlic (minced)

chicken broth

sun dried tomatoes (in oil, chopped)

oregano

Pound the chicken breasts so they are an even thickness of about an inch thick then season with salt and pepper then dredge in flour.

Add the oil and half the and butter to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot add two chicken breasts and cover. Cover and cook for about 4 minutes on either side, chicken should be golden brown and cooked through once done. Transfer cooked chicken to a plate then repeat for the remaining chicken breasts. Wipe the pan down if needed.

Lower heat to medium-low, add the remaining two tablespoons of butter to the pan. Once melted add in the minced garlic and a tablespoon of flour and cook while stirring constantly for about 45 seconds then whisk in the chicken stock and oregano. Cook until reduced then stir in the cream, parmesan cheese, and sun dried tomatoes.

Once the mixture is at a simmer add the spinach and cook until wilted, stirring as needed. Return chicken to pan to warm through then spoon sauce over top, and serve.

Juicy pan-fried chicken breasts simmered in mushrooms, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes with a luxurious parmesan cream sauce.

1½ lbs chicken breast cutlets (skinless & boneless pounded to ¼-inch thick)

all-purpose flour (for dredging)

salt and black pepper

extra-virgin olive oil (plus more as needed)

brown mushrooms (sliced)

tomatoes

oz baby spinach

low-fat half and half (single cream)

chicken stock

white vinegar (optional)

Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

basil (or parsley, chopped)

Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally with a sharp knife, then lay plastic wrap over the chicken breasts and pound them with a meat mallet or rolling pin until they are about a quarter-inch thick.

Combine the flour, salt, and pepper on a shallow platter.

In a shallow bowl, beat eggs with 3 tablespoons of water.

Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.

Dip the chicken in the egg wash and shake off the excess before coating both sides with the seasoned flour.

Fry the coated chicken for 2 minutes on each side, turning once, until golden. Transfer to a large platter in a single layer.

If there are any burned bits in the pan, remove the oil, wipe clean with a paper towel and add 2 tablespoons of oil. If not, add more oil as needed.

Place the garlic in the pan and saute until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add The mushrooms and cook until browned and their moisture has evaporated. Then add the sundried tomatoes and mix to combine.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Add the half and half, stock, vinegar, parmesan cheese, pepper, and basil. Season lightly with salt, stir to combine, and bring to a boil.

reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, then taste for seasoning. Add salt as needed, and add the cooked chicken. Raise the heat to medium-high and return to a boil.
