Garlic Butter Chicken Bites &amp; Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta

For the Chicken Bites:

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

butter

garlic,

smoked paprika

Cajun seasoning

Salt and black pepper,

For the Spicy Cajun Alfredo Pasta:

oz twisted pasta (fusilli

heavy cream

Parmesan cheese

mozzarella cheese

Cajun seasoning (adjust

red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add 4 cloves minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add chicken, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add remaining 3 cloves garlic and sauté briefly.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens.

Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.

Plate pasta and top with garlic butter chicken bites. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
