Vanilla Protein Shake

milk, (of choice)

ice cubes

banana

scoop plain (unflavored) protein powder

honey

vanilla extract

Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.

Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Vanilla Protein Powder (, good quality* (about 30-38 grams))

medjool dates (, pitted)

almond butter (, organic)

almond milk (, organic)

frozen banana

cinnamon

8-10 Ice cubes (depending how thick you’d like it)

Add to blender and blend until smooth.

This recipe was so sweet I could barely drink it. When I entered it into my fitness app it was 534 calories and 70 grams of sugar!!! And this was with a carb free protein powder. Don't fool yourself into thinking it's healthy. You might as well just make a milkshake with ice cream. 1/2-1 date is fine. I'm not sure why people think using dates and maple sugar make something more healthy. It's just sugar that costs twice as much.

vanilla almond milk

vanilla extract vanilla bean

cinnamon ((optional))

Tablespoon chia seeds

Blend

Add all ingredients into your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and serve

Give the shake a taste and add additional ingredients if needed for your desired texture. Pour into a cup and enjoy!

I thought because it was just "plain" vanilla, it would be boring.  But I ran out of ingredients for my usual protein shake, so I made this.  After one sip, I was so surprised!  It was absolutely amazing!  My new favorite breakfast shake!

Ninja Creami Vanilla Bean Protein Ice Cream

11.5 Fluid Ounces Vanilla Protein Shake

Fluid Ounces Vanilla Almond Milk

Tablespoons Sugar-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix

Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Pour the protein shake, almond milk, pudding mix, and vanilla bean paste into a small blender and blend until the pudding mix has completely combined with the other ingredients.  Pour this mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.

Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.  Your freezer should be between 9 and -7 degrees Fahrenheit.  To avoid getting a bump on the top of the frozen mixture, freeze with the lid off of the container.

Make the Ice Cream Mixture

After 24 hours, remove the pint container from the freezer.

Place the pint container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami and then process on &quot;LITE ICE CREAM.&quot;

If the ice cream is dry or crumbly looking, pour in a tablespoon or two of unsweetened almond milk and then respin.  You may have to repeat this process a couple of times.

Remove the pint from the machine and enjoy!

Process the Ice Cream
