These fluffy and moist Vegan Banana Oatmeal Pancakes are so easy to prepare and they are delicious. They are made with simple ingredients including gluten-free rolled oats.

Vegan Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

certified gluten-free rolled oats

almond milk

maple syrup

banana

vanilla

baking powder

salt

coconut oil

maple syrup your favorite toppings e.g., fresh fruits, nut butter or jam

Place all the ingredients in a blender, roll oats, almond milk, maple syrup, banana, vanilla, baking powder, salt. Process until completely smooth.

Brush oil in a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add batter and cook until edges are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until batter is all gone.

Serve topped with maple syrup and fruits.

I came for a healthy and vegan banana pancake and these did not dissapoint! I make these about 2x a week and have them for breakfast and they keep me full for hours. I was tired of having the regular healthy breakfast like avocado toast and overnight oats and these are great.

Lovely and quick ! It took maybe 3 minutes to mix all the ingredients, I love it ! I left out the maple syrup and vanilla, added cinnamon and doubled the batter. As I was in a rush I ended up making them a bit thicker, so next time I'll make smaller ones :)

these were really tasty, but I'm not sure what I did wrong, because they were just so hard to make! They didn't want to stick together as the batter was so thick and hard to cook, however weirdly enough they tasted amazing and they ended up cooked perfectly, I just wish they were a little easier to make.

Super yummy and easy to make! I swapped 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree for the banana and added 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice. Just to change things up.

These were fantastic! My son has a lot of allergies, so I was so happy to find this recipe. I substituted soy milk for the almond milk since he has a tree nut allergy, but otherwise kept the recipe as-is! I didn’t get a completely smooth batter (my food processor isn’t the greatest) but the slight oatmeal texture still worked. My son DEVOURED them (as did I)!

These are super good, but sweet.  I have decreased the maple syrup to 1 teaspoon - added a smidge extra milk to make up for the liquid and they are still super yummy. Make them quite often. Love that they are so simple to make

These are AMAZING! I've been making basic banana pancakes for years for our weekly pancake night. The addition of milk and baking powder is GENIUS. I have been making this since joined WW.  I buy big bag of rolled oats and grind to fine meal in blender.  Oat flour?  Best if made in waffle iron instead of pancake  Also I add non fat greek yogurt in stead of most of almond milk.

I have a 2 year old extremely picky eater and.... She loved them! I did use a star cookie cutter to cut them. Thank you for the recipe :) We did use soy milk instead.

My autoimmune disorder restricts my diet quite dramatically, so i was thrilled to find this recipe. I made these this morning.  I can't have almond milk, so i used coconut milk &amp; i put in some heated blueberries. And i can't use maple syrup so i omitted that too, but it was sweet enough for me. They were perfect.  I cried because it's been so long since I've had pancakes.  I had such a delicious breakfast with a bit of cooked mango and a dollop of coconut yogurt on top.

The best vegan pancake recipe on the internet! These fluffy vegan pancakes are easy to make, can be made thick or thinner, and are perfect for adding your favorite mix-ins and toppings. They&#039;ll truly be a new family favorite!

Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

For the dry ingredients:

all purpose flour*

For the wet ingredients:

flaxseed meal

apple cider vinegar

coconut sugar (or regular sugar)

vanilla extract

almond extract

Optional mix-ins:

flour

chocolate

For greasing the skillet

Coconut oil butter,

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

In a separate large bowl, mix together the flaxseed meal, apple cider vinegar, sugar, melted coconut oil, vanilla and almond extract until it comes together. Slowly whisk in the almond milk.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a batter forms; it doesn’t need to be perfectly smooth. Stir in any mix-ins you are using, if you are using any. If you want the batter to be thinner, add in another tablespoon of almond milk. Do not overmix.

Lightly coat a griddle with oil and place over medium heat. Add 1/3 cup of the batter to the griddle for each pancake and cook for 3-4 minutes until pancakes puff up and you see bubbles along the edges. Flip cakes and cook until golden brown on underside. If you find that pancakes are browning too quickly then you need to lower the heat a bit. I normally start on medium heat, then decrease to medium low later so that my pancakes don&#039;t burn.

Wipe skillet clean and repeat with more oil and remaining batter. Makes 6 large pancakes total.

A super thick and fluffy, giant, no flip, giant Vegan Blueberry Pancake that is melt in your mouth golden and bursting with juicy blueberries. Perfect for feeding a family without having to stand over the stove for ages! 

Vegan Blueberry Pancake

/ 60 mls melted vegan butter

To a large mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Whisk them together to combine.

In another smaller bowl, add the milk, vinegar, vanilla and melted butter. Whisk them together to combine.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir them together. Do not over mix or beat it really hard. Stir gently until you can no longer see any dried flour. A few small lumps are ok.

Pour in the blueberries and fold them through the batter gently. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

Warm an oven proof non-stick approximately 9 inch diameter frying pan (at least 1.5 inch deep) or well seasoned skillet (it must be a pan that you know will not stick) over a medium heat and add enough vegan butter (or oil) to coat the bottom and sides. Swish it all around and up the sides of the pan. See the recipe notes below for sheet pan and cake pan instructions and for tips regarding skillets of other sizes.

Once the pan is nice and hot pour in the pancake batter and flatten out the top with a spatula. Set a timer for 5 minutes. The aim is to get the bottom really nicely golden and caramelized. By the end of the 5 minutes it will be starting to set up around the edges. In the last 2 minutes, use a spatula to gently loosen it around the edges and shake the pan gently back and forth a little to loosen the pancake on the bottom.

Once it has cooked for 5 minutes, turn off the burner and place the pan in the oven. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the pancake is completely set on top and a tooth pick inserted comes out clean (except for maybe a little blueberry juice).

Remove from the oven and very carefully turn the pancake out onto a large plate. To do this use oven gloves or a dish towel to protect your hands and place a plate over the top of the pan, carefully invert the pan over the plate and the pancake should slip out easily.

Slice into portions and top with vegan butter and maple syrup or other toppings of choice.

Vegan Pancakes

In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, flaxseed, and salt.

In a separate medium-sized bowl whisk together room temperature cashew milk, melted coconut oil, and lemon juice.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently whisk until just incorporated with a few flour lumps remaining.

Heat a 12-inch nonstick pan over medium heat. Once hot add 1 teaspoon coconut oil.

Use a paper towel to carefully wipe out the oil, leaving a thin film on the bottoom and sides of the pan.

Cook by slowly pouring in ¼ cup (60ml) of batter per pancake in 2 to 3 places on the hot pan.

Cook until the edges are set, and the pancake is golden in color on the bottom, and bubbles are beginning to break on the surface, 2 to 3 minutes.

Carefully flip the pancakes and cook until golden, 2 minutes.

Repeat with remaining batter, adding and wiping the pan with coconut oil in between batches.

Serve pancakes hot with desired toppings.
