Vegetable pasta bake

red pepper, seeds removed,

yellow pepper, seeds removed,

aubergine, finely chopped

courgette, finely chopped

red onion, sliced

150 grams/5½oz cherry tomatoes, halved

tin chopped tomatoes

garlic cloves, crushed
