Cranberry Honey Butter

salted butter (, room temperature)

cranberry sauce

Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until combined and smooth.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and beat again until perfectly light and fluffy.

Spoon into a ramekin or 4 ounce glass jar; leave on the counter for up to 2 days or transfer to the refrigerator in an airtight container for longer storage (bring to room temperature before serving.)

This Whipped Salted Butter recipe is light, fluffy, and flavored with cream and flaky sea salt. Ready in 5 minutes, it is perfect for bread, pancakes, waffles and more.

Easy Whipped Salted Butter

unsalted butter (softened)

flaky sea salt (up

heavy cream (up to 2 tablespoons, at room temperature)

Place softened butter in a mixing bowl. Add flaky salt.

Beat on medium high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until pale and fluffy.

With mixer running, drizzle in 1 tablespoon heavy cream. Beat until light and airy, about 2 minutes.

Add up to 1 more tablespoon for extra fluffiness.

Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with additional flaky sea salt if desired.
