If you’ve ever had the Whole Foods Broccoli Salad, then you know how delicious it is! This copycat version tastes just like the real thing, but made right at home. It's fresh and tasty and budget-friendly.

Whole Foods Broccoli Crunch Salad (Copycat)

broccoli florets,

½ red onion,

raisins

¼ cup cashews, chopped

mayonnaise

lemon juice

honey

cayenne pepper

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, onion, raisins, bacon, and cashews. Toss to combine.

Then, in a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. 

Serve immediately, or cover and chill in the refrigerator before serving. 

One of my favorite meal prep salads! It's so filling and satisfying.
