These dry rub wings are easy and perfect for gatherings big or small! Just 1 net carb per serving, these tasty Whole 30 &amp; Keto chicken wings are an appetizer everyone will love!

Dry Rub Baked Wings

lbs chicken wings (thawed)

olive oil (or avocado oil)

onion powder

garlic powder

paprika

sea salt

tsp black pepper

tsp mustard

cayenne

Preheat your oven to 400. Line a large baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Pat your wings dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl. Mix the spices together in a separate small bowl. Pour the olive oil onto the chicken, followed by the spices. Use your hands to mix everything together well. The spices should stick to the chicken wings so they are completely coated.

Lay the wings out evenly on an oven-safe baking rack (if using*) on top of a baking sheet so they aren’t overlapping. Bake for 45 minutes. Check them halfway through and flip if they are getting too dark. (I didn’t need to flip mine). Broil for an additional 5 minutes at the end if you want them super crispy!

Serve your dry rub wings with your favorite dairy free ranch or dipping sauce. I love Tessemae’s ranch!
