Step 1

Place the steaks onto a cutting board.

Step 2

Coat both sides of the steak with olive oil and season both sides well with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Step 3

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F / 205°C and set the time to 8 Minutes.

Step 4

Add the steaks to the heated air fryer basket.

Step 5

Air Fry for 4 Minutes.

Step 6

Flip and add butter to each steak.

Step 7

Air Fry for a further 4 Minutes.

Step 8

Let rest for 5 Minutes and serve.
