Step 1
Make the seasoning oil by mixing the oregano, fresh-ground black pepper, salt and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl.
Step 2
Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and drizzle with the seasoning oil. Toss the cauliflower florets with the seasoning oil until evenly coated.
Step 3
Place the cauliflower florets in the air fryer in a single layer. Air fry at 385 degrees Fahrenheit/195 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes and flip the florets halfway through cooking. When done the cauliflower florets will be fork tender with crispy, golden-brown edges.
Step 4
Serve rightaway!
