Step 1
Heat the 2 Tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add the ground pork and continue to cook until the pork is cooked through and browned.

Spoon about 3-4 Tablespoons of the pork mixture into the center of the tortillas. Roll the taquitos and place on a plate seam side down.
Step 7
Continue this with each tortillas until they are all rolled.
Step 8
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Spray the air fryer with avocado oil or non-stick spray. Use tons and place the taquitos seam sidee down in the air fryer making sure they don't touch.
Step 10
Air fry them at 350 degrees F for about 5-7 minutes or until the are the crispiness you desire.
Step 11
Remove and serve with the remaining cheese, pico de gallo, red onion, cilantro and green onion.
