Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, garlic powder, ginger, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, vinegar, and optional hot sauce.

Step 2

Add the shrimp and vegetables to the sauce bowl. Stir to evenly coat and combine all the ingredients together.

Step 3

Lay the shrimp and veggie mixture evenly into the air fryer basket/tray.

Step 4

Air Fry at 380°F/193°C for 10 minutes. Flip or toss the shrimp.

Step 5

Continue to Air Fry at 380°F/193°C for 6-10 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked and pink.

Step 6

Season with salt and pepper, if needed. Top with chopped herbs and garnish with sesame seeds.
