Step 1
Cook the Beef & Vegetables:Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Stir in the carrots, celery, and frozen peas, cooking for a few minutes until slightly softened.
