Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open each breast like a book.
Step 3
Season the inside of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, minced garlic, dried oregano, and dried thyme.
Step 4
Place a few asparagus spears in the center of each chicken breast.
Step 5
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the asparagus.
Step 6
Fold the chicken breasts over the filling, creating stuffed chicken bundles.
Step 7
Place the stuffed chicken bundles on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 8
Drizzle olive oil over the top of each stuffed chicken breast.
Step 9
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 10
For a golden finish, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Step 11
Remove from the oven and let the stuffed chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
