Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, onion powder and black pepper.

Step 3

Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.

Step 4

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.

Step 5

Add Cheese, Bacon, and Green Onions: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions into the batter.

Step 6

Transfer to Pan: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Step 7

Bake the Bread: Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

Step 8

Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
