Mix milk and mustard in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

**pasta is added dry and uncooked. It will cook in the liquid while baking.
Step 3
Pour into 9x13 baking dish sprayed with non stick spray. Cover with foil.
Step 4
Uncover and mix well. Add a little more milk if needed to keep pasta covered in liquid. Recover tightly with foil.
Step 5
Bake 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Stir half way through cook time if needed.
Step 6
Serve with green salad.
