Step 1

Lightly spray a 9×13″ pan with cooking spray. Place the bread cubes in the pan and spread them into an even layer.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Pour the mixture over the bread, making sure everything is evenly coated.

Step 3

In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the bread.

Step 4

Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes. Uncover the pan and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until it’s golden brown. Serve warm with maple syrup.
