Step 1

Place the cashews and pecans in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Step 2

Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the dates are broken down and the mixture clumps together.

Step 3

Roll a half-tablespoon-size of the mixture into a ball with your hands. Repeat with remaining mixture. This will make about 14 balls.

Step 4

Keep in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
