old fashioned rolled oats

banana (from one medium banana)

almonds

pecans

maple syrup

cinnamon

vanilla extract

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse the mixture for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides, then blend again until the mixture is fairly smooth, with a slight bit of texture. The dough will likely start to roll around the food processor when it&#039;s blended enough.

Scoop

Scoop a ball using a medium cookie scoop and roll it in between your hands. Continue this process until you&#039;ve used up all the dough.

Enjoy the balls right away or place in a storage container. You can leave them at room temperature for softer balls or place in the fridge if you&#039;d like them chilled and a bit firmer.

Place the cashews and pecans in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the dates are broken down and the mixture clumps together.

Roll a half-tablespoon-size of the mixture into a ball with your hands. Repeat with remaining mixture. This will make about 14 balls. 

Keep in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.

Place the cashews in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.

Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until the dates are broken down and the mixture clumps together. Add more almond meal or cashew butter as needed, for the mixture to stick together.

Use a small cookie scoop or scoop out a tablespoonful of mixture and roll into a ball with your hands. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture.

Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the coconut butter over a double broiler on the stove or in the microwave. Stir frequently and if using the microwave only do for 15- 20 seconds at a time till completely melted. Remove the bliss balls from the fridge and drizzle the melted coconut butter on top. Allow to set and transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
