Step 1
Prepare 13 6-oz Champagne bottles and crown caps by boiling them and drying them.
Step 2
Add gin, dry vermouth and water to a large bowl or pitcher.
Step 3
Using a funnel, pour the cocktail into the bottles, leaving about an inch of space at the top. Cap immediately with crown caps and a capper.
Step 4
Label with a sharpie (so you know what it is) and freeze.
Step 5
When serving, garnish with your choice of either a lemon twist, 2 dashes of orange bitters, an olive or a cocktail onion.
