Heat oven to 325ºF.

Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.

Microwave butter and 4 oz. chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Step 4
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Use tip of sharp knife to score top of brownie into 85 (3x1/2-inch) rectangles; cool completely. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan. Cut brownie into 85 pieces following the scored lines.
Step 5
Place peanut butter in small microwaveable bowl. Repeat in 2 separate microwaveable bowls with caramels and remaining chocolate. Add 1/3 of the COOL WHIP (about 1 cup) to ingredient in each bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. to 2 min. or just until dips are warmed, and ingredients are melted and well blended, stirring every 30 sec. Serve with the brownie "fries."
