Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan OR 2 smaller loaf pans with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

Mash bananas in large bowl with a masher or back of fork.

Step 3

Stir in cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream. Mix until combined.

Step 4

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5

Let bread cool before removing from pan.
