Calentar el horno a 180 ºC

Lavar la calabaza, cortarla longitudinalmente y retirar las semillas con una cuchara

Cortar rodajas de entre 1,5 y 2 cm

Colocar las rodajas en una bandeja para horno y añadir aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta

Hornear durante 30 minutos o hasta que esté tierna y dorada
