Roll the store-bought croissant dough into crescent shapes and place them on a parchment-lined plate or tray.

Step 2

Set your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and let it preheat for 3-5 minutes.

Arrange the croissants in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for even cooking. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Step 4

In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in honey, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth and combined.

Step 5

While the croissants are still warm, brush the honey butter glaze generously over each one.
