Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare the dairy free ranch dressing. *Tip: I like to add 2-3 Tbsp of water to thin out the ranch, but this is optional.
Step 2
Prep the chicken: Season chicken breasts to your liking. I rubbed it with paprika, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until fully done (you can also pressure cook it). Once done, shred it with a fork. Set aside to cool.
Step 3
Prep the Bacon: Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Set aside to cool then cut into small pieces. *Tip: Add a touch of oil or avocado spray to the bacon if turkey is too lean.
Step 4
Prep the Pasta: Cook pasta noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cool water. Let cool completely.
Step 5
Layer Salads: Once you've prepped all of the individual ingredients, it's time to layer the salads! Add ingredients in this order - ranch dressing (1 C. evenly distributed), cucumber, onion, bell pepper, broccoli, chicken, bacon, pasta noodles. Tightly pack the noodles into the jar. Place the lid on top and store.
Step 6
To Serve: When ready to consume, dump everything into a bowl and toss to combine. Add a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper (if desired) and enjoy!
