Step 1
Place the chipotle chilli paste, Mockingbird Spirit*, agave syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake well.
Step 2
Strain into a martini glass and top up with tonic water.
Step 3
Garnish with a slice of lime and serve. Enjoy!
