Step 1

Process almonds in a food processor until finely chopped. Add pitted fresh dates, goji berries, cacao powder, shredded coconut and maple syrup.

Step 2

Process until almost smooth and well combined. Place white or black chia seeds on a plate. Roll 2-tbs portions of almond mixture into balls. Roll in chia seeds to evenly coat. Place on a lined tray in the fridge for 1 hour or until set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
