Step 1
Melt butter and chocolate, and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Step 3
Remove from heat and then cool slightly.
Step 4
Beat in eggs and orange rind, then fold in sifted flour and mix to combine.
Step 5
Pour into a slice pan and bake for 25 minutes at 180C.
Step 6
Cool in the pan before slicing.
