Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200ºF and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Place a wire cooling rack onto each baking sheet. This will help to circulate air and dry orange slices evenly.
Step 2
Rinse and dry oranges. Slice oranges into 1/8-1/4 inch rounds. Remove any seeds.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine orange slices and MonkSweet+. Use hands to coat orange peels and shake off excess sweetener.
Step 4
Place slices onto wire racks about 1/2 inch apart. Dry in oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Step 5
Allow orange slices to cool at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 6
Melt chocolate chips in oven safe bowl working in 30 second increments until melted. Stir until smooth. Dip orange slices into melted chocolate to cover half of each orange slice. Set on drying rack or wax paper and allow to set 1 hour.
Step 7
Store slices in an airtight container.
