Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2

Roll out puff pastry sheets and cover with a layer of shredded cheese, Mingle's Green Goddess Seasoning and ham.

Step 3

Top with second sheet of pastry and cut into thin strips.

Step 4

Fold strips into a christmas tree shape (larger at the bottom, shorter at the top)

Step 5

Secure them with a small skewer, pop on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 180C for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.

Step 6

Melt knob of butter with some minced garlic and a generous sprinkle of Mingle's Green Goddess Seasoning.

Step 7

Brush the garlic butter over pastry while its still warm and enjoy.
