Bowtie pasta

Mingles Green Goddess Seasoning

Cucumber (diced)

Mixed capsicum (chopped)

Baby tomatoes (halved)

Red onion (finely diced)

feta cheese (crumbled)

Extra virgin olive oil

Cook pasta until al dente and leave to cool

Dice tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, red onions into equal sized pieces

Tbsp EVOO

Bunch basil

Small Loaf Crusty baguette

Cup Ricotta cheese

Preheat oven to 180C.

Coat your mini tomatoes in 1 tbsp of EVOO &amp;amp; Mingles Garlic and Herb Seasoning then place in the oven to roast.

Add ricotta &amp;amp; a generous sprinkle of green goddess seasoning to a small blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add your creamy dip to a bowl, top with roasted tomatoes, green goddess seasoning and fresh basil.

Serve with toasted baguette and enjoy.

Roll out puff pastry sheets and cover with a layer of shredded cheese, Mingle&#39;s Green Goddess Seasoning and ham.

Top with second sheet of pastry and cut into thin strips.

Fold strips into a christmas tree shape (larger at the bottom, shorter at the top)

Secure them with a small skewer, pop on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 180C for 25-30 mins or until golden brown.

Brush the garlic butter over pastry while its still warm and enjoy.
