Step 1
Preheat the oven to Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Unwrap the caramels and cut them in half.
Step 3
Lay 24 of the pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet. Add a caramel piece to the top of each pretzel.

Place the pan in the oven for about 5 minutes or until caramels are softened.

Remove from the pan from the oven. Quickly press the remaining pretzels into the caramel.Allow the pretzels to cool completely.

Place the candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the candy melts at fifty percent power for 30 seconds to a minute at a time. Keep heating in 30 second intervals and stirring until the candy melts are smooth.
Step 7
Dip the pretzels in the candy melts to cover about two-thirds of each pretzel candy. Place the pretzel back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Add a heart-shaped sprinkle to each pretzel while the candy melts are still warm. Let cool and enjoy!
