Boil 4 cups of water with 1 cup of Nature's Intent Apple Cider Vinegar. Add salt and sugar and mix until dissolved. Add 8 cups of cold water to all the spices and 4 cups of ice to cool down brine.Rinse turkey, remove giblets and place in the brine.Place turkey and brine in a cooking bag and close with a piece of twine. Brine turkey overnight.Remove turkey from the brine and rinse the outside and cavity with cold running water. Pat dry.Preheat oven to 350°F. Place turkey and giblets into a roasting pan and fill bottom with 1 inch of water. Roast turkey covered until internal temperature reaches 140°F, about 1½ hours. Remove lid and baste with pan juices.Continue roasting until internal temperature reaches 165°F and golden brown. Remove from oven and let turkey rest covered until internal temperature of turkey gets up to 180°F.
