Step 1
In a small sauce pot, combine your butter and garlic. Let it begin to brown before adding the AP flour.

Add the AP flour and form a roux. Once the flour begins to bubble, slowly add your milk, chicken stock and soy sauce. Stir well. Simmer over low heat.

Spray a cast iron skillet with cooking spray. Place it over low heat.

Lay the tortilla on a flat surface.
Step 5
Layer the sliced turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce. Make sure not to fill it too much or you will not be able to close the Gobblerito.

Once the tortilla is filled, take the end of the tortilla and fold it over the top of the filling.

Tuck in the sides and continue rolling the tortilla closed.

Next, add the Gobblerito to the cast-iron skillet and allow the Gobblerito to heat through. You will also get a nice light brown sear on the outside.
Step 9
Once heated, pour the homemade gravy over the Gobblerito.

Top with extra cranberry sauce and enjoy!
