Spray an 8-ounce clear microwave-safe container with cooking spray.

Place the sausage, cheese, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, potatoes, and egg into the container.

Step 3

Mix everything very well.

Step 4

Place the container in the microwave and cook for 1 minute.

Step 5

Carefully remove the container and stir.

Step 6

Cook for an additional 30-45 seconds until cooked through.

Step 7

Remove the container cautiously from the microwave; it will be very hot.

Step 8

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
