Ingredients: 1 cup cottage cheese; 3 tbsp honey; 1-3 tbsp cocoa powder (Start with one and add to achieve your desired level of chocolatey-ness!); 1 tsp vanilla extract

Creamy high protein chocolate mousse made with just 4 ingredients.

Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse (High Protein!)

tsp vanilla extract

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend together on high until mouse is completely smooth. Note: if it looks grainy, keep blending!

Top with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate shavings!

This came out really good, it is perfect for chocolate cravings!

I used Godiva chocolate liqueur, a lot of vanilla and cinnamon, twice the amount and maple syrup and melted dark chocolate bits to make a swirl and sea salt. I plan to toast coconut and walnut for garnish. It was very smooth and rich. I want to try this as a savory dish with spinach, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, and dried chili seeds and spinach Any other suggestions ?

I didn't substitute anything, and it was perfect! Topped it with raspberries and mixed nuts. Delicious! Can't wait to try the other recipes.

This was delicious! A nice treat when you want something sweet and the extra protein is a bonus!
