Step 1

In a bowl add grated mushroom, 1 grated cheese , 1 Tbspn of corn flour, 1/2 Tbspn of (salt , Black Pepper, chilli flakes, oregano) and mix well.

Step 2

Add 2 Tbspn of all purpose flour or as required to make a dough. Knead to form a dough. Add 1 Tbspn of oil to dough and form a dough. Make small balls and let it rest for half an hour. Cover the balls with bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil at low-medium flame both the sides until golden brown.

Step 3

Add water in pan and add 1 Tbspn of oil , bring water to boil and add pasta and boil for 10 mins. Drain excess of water and wash with cold water. Add 2 Tbspn of oil in a frying pan.Add chopped garlic and fry for 1 min , then add mixed pepper and fry for another 2 mins. Empty into a bowl .

Step 4

In the same pan add 1 Tbspn of all purpose flour and fry for 1 min. Now add 1/2 Tbspn of (black pepper powder , oregano and chilli flakes). Fry for 30 seconds. Add 1/2 cup of milk and stir well then again add 1/2 cup of milk and stir continuously. Bring to boil.Add 1/2 Tbspn of salt mix well. Add 1 cheese cube and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and mix well.

Step 5

Then add 1/4 cup of fresh cream and mix well. Bring to boil and add boiled pasta to it.Add fried bell pepper , mix well and serve with mushroom fritters.
