Take 1 liter milk in a pan and boil on low flame for making it thick. Keep stirring the milk or the milk will burn. Grind the peanuts coarsely and add them to the milk. Keep stirring the mixture continuously. After the milk has become thick, add grinded peanuts and keep stirring Add almond milk powder and keep stirring. Keep for boiling the mixture for 10 minutes and then add sugar to it.  keep stirring the mixture continuously. . Add cardamon. Boil for another 20 25 min on low flame. Add dry fruits. Cool down the mixture. . Transfer it to a mould.. Let it freeze overnight. . Remove the ice cream from the mould. Your Malai kulfi is ready!!!

Clean rice with running water and soak for 30-45 mins.Take a thick based handi and add 1 Tbspn of ghee in it.Allow the ghee to heat up and then add paneer cubes. Fry both the side until golden brown and then empty into a bowl.. Add mushrooms into same handi and fry at high flame for 30 seconds. Make sure the water doesn’t release from mushroom.. In the same handi add 2 Tbspn of ghee and allow to heat.. Then add Bay leaf , cinnamon, clove , black cardamom , green cardamom , black cumin , fennel , cashews and raisins. Fry until aroma releases.. Add grated ginger and fry for 1 min. Then add onions and fry till golden brown. . Now add fried mushroom and paneer and mix well.Add curd,  mix well and cook until water evaporates.. Then add salt as per taste , garam masala , red chilli powder, turmeric powder , Kasturi methi and fry for 1 min.. Add rinsed rice and fry for 1 min. Then add 2.25 cups of water and mix well.. Cook at low flame with lid on until water evaporates.. Turn off the flame and add coriander leaves and cover for another 2 mins. . Raita-Take 100 GMs of curd add chopped green chillies, onions, tomatoes , cumin powder, salt as per taste and black pepper powder. Mix it well.

Take dried red chillies and coriander seeds in pan and roast them for 5 min on medium flame.Let the mixture cool down.. Grind the mixture to make it fine powder. Keep it aside. Take 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1/2 diced capsicum and 1 diced onion in it and fry for some time till the onion become a little brown. Do not overcook.Keep it aside.. Take 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp finely chopped ginger and 1 green chilly, 1 finely chopped onion and fry till the onions turn golden brown.. And 2 tomatoes to it. Cook till the tomatoes become soft and mushy. Add 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder. . Also add the masala we had prepared in the first step. Fry the mixture for a few minutes. . Add 100 ml water to the mixture and cook. Then add about 200 gms of paneer(cottage cheese) and 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves to it. Cook till the dish comes to boil. . Your kadhai paneer is ready. Serve Hot.

Add 100 gm khoya (dried milk) to to the mixture and mix well. You can also use milk powder and ghee (clarified.  butter) if khoya is not available.. Add 1 cup sugar to it and keep cooking till the mixture becomes semi solid and milk is dried off.. Let the mixture cool down. Make round balls and garnish it with dried coconut. . Your coconut ladoo is ready.

Paneer patty recipe - In a bowl, take 2 cups of grated paneer, 1 cup boiled mashed potato, 2 tbsp finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup grated carrot, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp aamchur powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, salt to taste and 2 tbsp corn flour. Combine well and form a soft dough.In another bowl, take 1/4 cup corn flour, 2 tbsp maida, 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Make sure that there are no lumps.In another bowl, prepare bread crumbs. We have used oats powder.. Take a ball sized quantity of the dough, flatten it and shape the ends to prepare a patty according to the size of your burger bun. Dip it into the maida paste and then cover it with a layer of bread crumbs. Shallow fry these in hot oil. Fry both sides and make them golden and crisp.. *Makes around 3-4 patties. Burger mayonnaise recipe - In a bowl take mayonnaise and combine it with some tomato ketchup. Mix well.. Burger assembly method - Cut the burger bun into two and apply butter on all 4 sides and heat on a pan. Turn of the gas and apply a coat of burger mayonnaise on both the sides of the bun. Place a lettuce leaf on the lower bun and on it place a patty. Apply some burger mayonnaise on the top side of the patty and place a cheese slice over it. Place 2 slices of onion and tomato each and cover the burger with the upper bun.

Preheat the oven to 200 C.. Place carrots in a baking dish or tray and drizzle with olive oil, date syrup, coriander salt & pepper.. Roast for 10 mins then toss and put back till done. The edges should be caramelized and tender inside after another 20-30 mins.. Sprinkle sesame seeds and thyme over. Adjust seasoning.. You can also drizzle my orange tahini yogurt over.

Take 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter) in a hot pan. Add cleaned and grated 1/2 kg carrot in it. Mix both of them together and let it cook.. Add 1 liter full fat milk in the mixture and cook it on the reduced flame. Then add another 1/2 liter milk and cover it. . Let it cook until 90% water content evaporates. . Add 1/2 cup jaggery to the mixture. . Add  some almonds and raisins for garnishing. Add two cardamoms. . Cook till the ghee (clarified butter) separates. . Serve hot.

In a bowl take 1 cup of hot water , add almonds and cashews .Let it soak for 10-15 mins .. After 15 mins peel off the skin of almonds , mix with cashews and blend to a fine paste.. In a pan take 2 cup of water , bring to boil and add roughly chopped onion to it. Cook till it becomes translucent.Drain the excess water , let it cool down and blend to a fine paste. . In a pan / kadhai take butter . Once the butter is a bit hot add cardamom , clove , cinnamon stick and cumin seeds. Fry for a min .. Now take a chilly divide it into two halves and split . Add this to pot and fry for 30 sec. At this stage add onion paste and cook till water evaporated completely . . Now add Almond Cashews Paste and cook till the oil separate. . Take fresh curd whisk to smooth and add this to the pot . Cook till the oil separates. Now add fresh cream , cook till oil separates. . It’s time to add species , so will add garam masala , cardamom powder and salt as per taste.Fry for about a minute . . At this stage will add 1/2 cup of water , mix well and make sure no lumps are getting formed. Bring to boil . Now add paneer cubes . . Cover and cook till gravy thickens . Turn off the flame and ready to serve.

Add the fresh tomatoes and tomato puree, beans, salt and pepper, oregano, cumin and a half cup of water. Let it come to a boil and simmer until thick.  . Add the corn.  . Take off heat and add fresh coriander. Serve with fresh avocado slices and herb rice. . Herb Brown Rice Recipe. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan and cook the onion and add half the herbs.  . Season well. Add in the rice and toss together  . Add the remaining herbs and butter.

Add finely chopped onion, green peppers, tomato, cilantro in a bowl. . Mash a ripe avocado and add it to this mixture.. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix well.

Soak the dried chillies in hot water for 20 min then drain.  . Pound or blend together all the ingredients till you get a smooth paste  . Heat some sesame oil and stir-fry the paste for 2 mins  . Add the vegetables/chicken and stir fry for 5 mins.  . Add the coconut milk, splash of water, salt, light soy, brown sugar and kaffir lime leaves. Cook for 5-7 mins on low heat.   . Adjust to taste.   . Finish with thai basil, fresh lime juice and serve with rice.

Cut the peppers in halves and remove seeds. Coat in olive oil and season. Roast in a baking dish in a preheated over till charred and cooked all over. Allow to cool then peel and discard the skin.. In a food processor, blend all of the above ingredients. If your mixture is too thin, add some more bread crumbs. If too thick, add a tablespoon of water. Adjust the tartness, salt and chilly as per your taste. You can also add a dash of Tabasco if you like.. Top with a layer of the dukkah and garnish with fresh herbs.. You can store in the fridge to serve later. However, always keep out for a while and serve at room temperature.

For Peanut Butter Batter:. Take 1 egg in a bowl and whisk. Add 50 gm unsalted butter to it and mix them together. Add 50 gm Peanut butter and whisk them together with an egg beater. Add 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 1/4 tbsp Baking Soda, 1/3 cup Castor Sugar, 1/3 cup Brown sugar, 2/3 cup Maida, 1/8 tbsp Vanilla Essence and mix them together with the egg beater,  1/2 cup milk and mix them with the Egg beater. Add some Chocolate Chips for garnishing. Keep the mixture aside. For Chocolate Spread Batter:. Take 1 egg in a bowl and whisk well. Then add 50 gm unsalted Butter and mix them together. Now sdd 50 gm Chocolate Spread- Nutella, 1 tbsp Baking powder, Add 1/4 Baking Soda, Add 1/3 cup Castor sugar, Add 1/3 cup Brown sugar, Add 2/3 cup Maida, 1/2 cup Milk, 1/4 cup Coca Powder, 1/4 cup Broken Walnuts and Almonds and which them together with the egg beater. Assemble Peanut Batter and Chocolate Batter in bowl. Bake it at 180 degree celsius for 40 min. Enjoy your chocolate peanut marble cake

Chutney (Cilantro sauce). Take 1 cup coriander leaves, 1 chilly, 2 cloves garlic, red chilly powder , cumin powder, salt, tamarind paste, 2 tsp water in a mixer grinder and make a fine paste. Keep Aside. Potato Balls. Take 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add 2 tsp green chillies, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min. Add boiled potatoes, salt, garam masala (optional), cumin powder, salt, bread crumbs, and mix together well. Make flat round balls with the mixture and cover it with bread crumbs. Shallow fry the the balls in a pan till they turn golden brown. Keep Aside.. Vegetable Garnish. Take 1 large onion in a bowl. Add 1/2 tomato, some black pepper, salt and chaat masala and mix them together. Keep Aside. Corn Flour Totilla / Roti. Take 3/4 cup flour in a bowl. Add water accordingly and make a soft dough. Make some balls with the dough and flatten it as shown the video. Roast it on a pan.. After the roti is ready, spread the chutney on it. Place the fried potato bowls on it and add the vegetable garnish on top. Add some salt, lemon juice and other spices of your choice. . Roll it like a Franky. Your Aloo (Potato) tikki Roll is ready. Enjoy.

Dough recipe - Chop 1 beet root, add some water and boil. Then strain and use the water for making the dough. In a bowl take 2 cups all-purpose flour, add salt, 1 tbsp oil and the beet root water and form a dough.. Corn n cheese stuffing recipe - Blend 3 cups of boiled sweet corn and add to a bowl. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp italian seasoning and 1 cup grated cheese. Mix well and the stuffing is ready.. Magic momos stuffing recipe - In a pan, add oil. Add finely chopped onion and garlic. Add chopped cabbage to this. Add some Sriracha chilli garlic sauce, salt and 1 packet of maggi magic masala. Cook well for 6-7 mins and the stuffing is ready.. Method - Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it into thin circles with a rolling pin using some all-purpose flour. Add the momo stuffing and give a desired shape.. Steam the momos for 10 mins and you are good to go

Take 1 tsp ghee ( clarified butter) in a pan.  Add 1 cup peanut to it.. Mix and fry together at low flame till the mixture turns golden brown.. Add 500 ml milk to the mixture and let it boil. Keep stirring it occasionally,. After the the mixture has turned semi solid like a pudding add 5-6 spoons of sugar to it and mix it well.. Cook it for 2-3 min.. Add 3-4 almonds and 1 cardamon. Mix it well for a couple of minutes.. Stop cooking. Add dry fruits of your choice and serve hot.

Peanut Pudding | Peanut halwa | Moongfali Ka Halwa

Remove the outer leaves of the lemon grass, cut and pound the lower half of the stalk. Finely chop  . Heat a pan with a tbsp of oil. Add the onions and cook. Add chopped chillies, ginger and garlic. Add lemongrass. Cook for a minute till fragrant.  . Add some basil and corn with the 2 tbsp soy sauce. Add salt. Add fish sauce, if using. Cook for a minute.  . Add the lemon zest and a small squeeze of lime. If using kaffir lime leaves, add them now,  . Stir in the rice and add another 2 tbsp soy sauce if required. Adjust taste adding more fish sauce, salt or chilli.

Grind 20-25 marie biscuits and add in 1/4 cup coco powder. Add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/8 tsp baking soda. . Add 3/4 cup milk gradually. Add more if required to maintain a thick consistency.. Add 9-10 chopped walnuts. Cover a tray with parchment paper. . Pour the cake mixture and bake for 25-30 mins.

Heat some sesame oil in a pan. Add the ginger and garlic and chillies.  . Add the mushrooms and brown.  . Combine the sugar and soy sauces in a bowl.  . Add the sauce, half of the basil and some salt to taste to the pan.  . Add spring onions towards the end. Do not overcook.  . Sprinkle over the white sesame seeds and some more basil.

Finley chop the chillies, lemongrass, coriander and spring onions in a bowl.  . Add the garlic, turmeric, sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and coconut milk. Salt and pepper.  . Place tofu in a baking dish and pour sauce over. Cover with foil and marinate for 1/2 hour.  . Preheat the oven to 180C.  . Bake the tofu for 10-15 mins.  . You can do the same in a pan.   . Serve with rice and steamed veggies.

Take 250gm of chenna (completely drained curdle milk) in a plate.. Add 2 tbsp powdered milk and all purpose flour , knead for 15 mins until smooth dough is   obtained.3) Make small cylindrical balls.. Take sugar in a pot add water to it , stir well and bring to boil.. Add the balls slowly into the sugar syrup and boil for 15 mins at high flame.. After 15 min lower the flame and boil for 45 mins at low-medium flame.. After 45 minutes , add cardamom and saffron.. Boil for a minute , turn off the flame and let it cool down. Serve.. Boil potatoes for 1 whistle .Let the pressure release completely , cool down and then peel the potaotes.. Using a toothpick, prick the potatoes.Fry the potatoes in mustard oil at medium flame till slight golden brown from both the sides.. Now take the potatoes on tissue towel, allow them to cool down and then prick again. Fry potatoes again. at medium to low flame until turned golden in colour.. Now in one kadhai take 2 Tbsp of mustard oil and let it heat till it’s raw smell goes away. Now add cumin , cinnamon , cardamom and cloves and fry for 30 seconds .Add hing and fry for another 30 seconds. Add kashmiri red chilli powder, fry for a second and then immediately add 2 Tbspn of water and give a good mix . Lower the flame/turn off flame and start adding curd and parallely keep whisking so that curd shouldn’t get curdled. Now add dry ginger powder and fennel powder , mix well and bring to boil at low flame .. Add salt as per taste. Now will add 1 and a half cups of water, bring to boil and then will  add fried potatoes .. Cook till 1/4th of water remains .Turn off the flame and dum aloo is ready to be served .
