Step 1

Heat oil on a pan over medium hight heat & saute onion until fragrant.

Step 2

Add garlic and cook for 1-2 mins then add in sausage & cook until browned.

Step 3

Add in Mingle's Pizza Seasoning, tomato paste, passata, stock & cream. Stir to combine.

Step 4

Place uncooked pasta into pot & leave until most liquid has absorbed and pasta is fully cooked.

Step 5

Lastly, throw in cheese and mix until melted.
