300 gm Pasta

Eight Sausages (skins taken off and broken up)

Tbsp Tomato paste

L Stock

250 mL Passata

mL Light cream

Mozzarella cheese

Heat oil on a pan over medium hight heat &amp;amp; saute onion until fragrant.

Add garlic and cook for 1-2 mins then add in sausage &amp;amp; cook until browned.

Add in Mingle&#39;s Pizza Seasoning, tomato paste, passata, stock &amp;amp; cream. Stir to combine.

Place uncooked pasta into pot &amp;amp; leave until most liquid has absorbed and pasta is fully cooked.

Lastly, throw in cheese and mix until melted.

Measure all of the ingredients into a jar that has a tight fitting lid or a mixing bowl. Whisk it or shake it together until even in colour.

Store the tightly closed jar or container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight for up to 3 months*.

*If you use the optional parmesan cheese, please store your tightly closed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
