Step 1
Preheat your air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 370°F.
Step 2
When the air fryer is heated, add your sweet potatoes fries to the basket or tray and spread out evenly. For a tray, spread the fries out in a single layer. For a basket, don't overfill the basket more than halfway.
Step 3
Cook the sweet potato fries for about 8 minutes, then shake the basket to redistribute the fries and continue cooking for another 8 minutes.
Step 4
Check on them a few minutes before they're done to see if they're getting close or if they'll need more time. If you prefer extra crispy fries, leave them in for an extra minute or two.
