Step 1
Sprinkle the chicken thighs with salt & pepper to taste.
Step 2
Place into a large zip top bag and pour in Italian salad dressing. Push chicken around to coat and then allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
Step 3
When ready to cook, remove chicken from zip top bag place onto a plate. Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder both sides, dividing evenly between all four pieces.
Step 4
Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 360 degrees.
Step 5
Place into air fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 6
After 15 minutes, flip chicken over and cook an additional 15 minutes or until done. The chicken is done when it reaches at least 165 degrees in the thickest part of the thigh.
Step 7
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
