Step 1
Line a crock pot with parchment paper or crock pot liners.

In a large pot, over medium heat, melt butter. Then, add in flour, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt/pepper.

Whisk to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add in milk and whisk until smooth. Increase slightly and let the mixture cook about 5-8 minutes or until thicken.

Remove from heat and stir in uncooked noodles. Let them sit for 5 minutes.

Transfer the mixture into prepared crock pot. Stir in both cheeses.

In a small bowl, mix together ingredients for topping. Then, sprinkle on top of the noodles.

Cover and cook on high for 1 hour or until edges are brown and noodles are tender.
