Step 1

First heat a pan over med-high heat and add in your uncooked quinoa. Toast is for about 5 minutes until the quinoa starts to pop like pop corn. Once it is golden promptly remove it from the heat and transfer it into a medium sized bowl.

Step 2

Next add in the rest of your ingredients on top of the popped quinoa and mix well to combine.

Step 3

Transfer your mixture into a lined loaf pan and spread it out evenly to the edges with a spatula.

Step 4

Pop your loaf pan into the freezer for 1-2 hours to firm up then slice into bars.

Step 5

Eat right away or store them in the freezer for up to 3 months!
