Mean Girls-Inspired Kalteen Bars

unsalted butter, melted

c. sugar

graham crackers, crushed

coarse sea salt,

c. chocolate

DIY Chocolate Chip Clif Bars

Medjool dates

water

coconut nectar

tbsp molasses

tsp vanilla extract

brown rice crisp cereal

oats

flour

oat bran

tbsps flax seed meal

vegan mini chocolate chips

Blend all the wet ingredients until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

Shape the dough into a long log that is about 3 inches wide and about 1/2 inch high.

Using a knife or a pastry cutter, divide the log into 8 bars (see video if you are confused).

Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cool. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.

They were okay. Not as crunchy though. I am gonna put chopped nuts in next time.

I work outdoors and live off of a stipend. These make a great cheaper alternative to Clif for quick energy and protein.

I made these today.  I always try to follow the recipe as written the first time and make any changes the next time.  I did not have coconut syrup so I used brown rice syrup and the only molasses I had was black-strap.  The black-strap flavor came through too much in my opinion and I'll cut it back next time.  I also used the peanut butter powder in place of the protein powder.  My kids didn't even know they were supposed to be peanut butter flavored.  I'll kick that up some next time too.  Over all I'll keep tinkering with this as I think it's good and in the future may even get better.  Thanks

How to make your own Easy Homemade Protein Bars with just 5 ingredients! This simple protein bar recipe can be made baked or no bake.

Easy Homemade Protein Bars

4.5 Ounces Dates (Whole Pitted)

3.9 Ounces Greek Yogurt (Your Choice Flavor)

Cup Rolled Oats

2.5 Scoops Protein Powder (Your Choice Flavor)

Tablespoons Peanut Butter

Process your Dates by pulsing them until a single date ball forms

Mix together your Greek Yogurt, Rolled Oats, Peanut Butter, and Protein Powder in a mixing bowl

Add and mix in your processed Dates

Mix in anything else you want like nuts, hemp seeds, chocolate chips, ground cinnamon, or dried fruit

Line a baking pan or dish with some parchment paper

Add your mix onto your pan or dish and shape it using your hands (keep them damp and it won&#39;t be as sticky)

Top with whatever you want like some nuts or chocolate chips

Bake them in the oven on 350F/176C for around 10-12 minutes or until your edges turn golden brown

Alternatively you can put them into the fridge for a few hours to harden up if you don&#39;t want them baked (not as travel friendly)

Remove them from the oven or fridge and cut them

Crunchy Quinoa Snack Bars (5 Ingredients)

Uncooked Quinoa

Chocolate Flavored Powdered Peanut Butter

Maple Syrup

Coconut Oil

Almond Milk

Salt

First heat a pan over med-high heat and add in your uncooked quinoa. Toast is for about 5 minutes until the quinoa starts to pop like pop corn. Once it is golden promptly remove it from the heat and transfer it into a medium sized bowl.

Next add in the rest of your ingredients on top of the popped quinoa and mix well to combine.

Transfer your mixture into a lined loaf pan and spread it out evenly to the edges with a spatula.

Pop your loaf pan into the freezer for 1-2 hours to firm up then slice into bars.

Eat right away or store them in the freezer for up to 3 months!

Quick, easy, and healthy No-Bake Bars that taste like cookie dough but are packed with good-for-you ingredients. The fudgy chocolate topping is optional but recommended!

Healthy No-Bake Bars

(165 grams) chickpeas (, drained and rinsed)

(50 grams) rolled

(135 grams) dates ((dried

¼ cup (25 grams) unsweetened shredded coconut

(5 ml) vanilla extract

chocolate chips

(60 ml) non-dairy milk of choice

Line a loaf pan with clingwrap or parchment paper. (If you want to use an 8 x 8-inch pan you will need to double the recipe).

Add all of the ingredients (except those for the optional topping) to a food processor and process until it becomes one big smoothish ball.

If you want to add any optional add-ins like a handful of nuts or chocolate chips, add them now and pulse a few times to combine.&nbsp;

Remove from the food processor, being careful of the blade, and press into the prepared pan, flattening it down evenly all over.

Add the chocolate chips and the milk to a small pan and over low heat, allow the chocolate to melt. Stir to help them combine. Once the chips are melted completely and the chocolate mixture is completely smooth, pour over the no-bake bars and shake gently to level. 

Refrigerate for at least an hour then cut into bars. You will be able to cut them into 7 large bars or 14 smaller ones if you cut each one of those in half again.

Keto Cookie Dough Protein Bars

almond butter, smooth

keto confectioners sweetener

vanilla extract

vanilla protein powder

almond flour

coconut flour

no sugar added chocolate chips

Packed with 12 grams of protein each these no-bake protein bars are delicious and super easy to whip up. They&#039;re the perfect snack to meal prep for the week.

Protein Bars

vanilla protein powder (I used Nuzest)

oat flour

salt (omit if peanut butter has salt)

peanut butter (or almond butter)

honey (or maple syrup)

Tablespoon melted coconut oil (plus more if needed)

vanilla

chocolate chips (plus more for topping)

Prep pan

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

Combine

Combine protein powder, oat flour and salt. Add in peanut butter, honey, vanilla and coconut oil. The dough will be quite thick. I suggest combining the dough with your hands. If it’s still too dry add more melted coconut oil or water, 1 teaspoon at a time.

Mix in

Mix in chocolate chips with hand or spoon.

Press dough

Press dough into a lined loaf pan and add more chocolate chips on top. Press the chips in with your hands.

Chill

Let bars chill in fridge for at least one hour before cutting.

Cut and enjoy

Remove bars from the fridge, cut into 6 equal-sized bars and enjoy. Bars will last about one week in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.

I make this often as a snack for entire  family. We love it!! Simple and easy to make, very delicious.

Thank you so much for making this recipe! I use a muffin pan with muffin pan liners , instead of a loaf pan. I usually use just maple syrup or half maple syrup and half honey, and both ways work wonderfully! Thank you again for creating a recipe that's easy to make, healthy, and super delicious!

These are divine and took me no time to make! I had to substitute the oat flour for 1/2 gluten free flour and 1/2 almond meal because of what I had on hand and they turned out great! They were so easy to make and delicious!

I found these to be really tasty and great with a side of fruit!  I used dark chocolate chips and a mix of peanut butter and almond butter.
