Step 1

In a pan add olive oil and sliced carrots. Sauté the carrots for 5 minutes, then cover the pan with the lid, and let them cook for another 3 minutes.

Step 2

In a bowl add ground chuck, red onion, garlic, parsley, worcestershire, baby Bella mushrooms, and salt & pepper.

Step 3

Add all the contents of the bowl to the pan and sauté everything together for about 5 minutes until the meat is almost browned.

Step 4

Then add tomato paste, beef broth, garlic powder, & complete seasoning.

Step 5

Give that a stir, bring the pan to a boil, then lower it to a simmer, and let that simmer until the liquid has reduced by half.

Step 6

Add the meat mixture to a pie plate using a slotted spoon, so the excess liquid can drip out. Cube up 4 slices of provolone cheese and sprinkle the cheese cubes evenly over the meat.

Step 7

Spread the mashed potatoes over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.

Step 8

Cube up 4 more slices of provolone cheese and sprinkle the cheese cubes over the top as well.

Step 9

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
