Pound the chicken breasts with the flat side of a meat tenderizer just in the middle of the breasts to create an even thickness.

Add the chicken breasts to the grill or hot pan and cook on the first side for about 5-7 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side until cooked through to an internal temperature of 74 degrees Celsius (or 165 Fahrenheit).
