Step 1
Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Lightly spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking oil and add the seasoned chicken pieces to it.

In a large bowl, mix the marmalade, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, and garlic powder until fully combined.
Step 4
Pour the orange glaze over the chicken then stir together until the chicken is fully coated.
Step 5
Cook on high for 2 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through. Once the chicken is cooked, mix cold water and cornstarch in a small bowl until it’s dissolved. Then, add it to the slow cooker.
Step 6
Cook for another 30 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
Step 7
Serve warm over rice, noodles, or vegetables.
