Step 1

Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

Melt butter over medium heat in a separate large pan.

Step 3

Once the butter is melted, add marshmallows.

Step 4

Stir until the marshmallows are melted.

Remove from heat.

Step 6

Stir in vanilla and salt.

Step 7

Fold in cereal, coating well.

Step 8

Lightly grease a spatula and spread the mixture into the baking pan.

Step 9

Lightly press down until the mixture is even in the pan.

Step 10

Let cool 1 hour.

Step 11

Cut into squares with a greased knife.

Step 12

To store, place in layers between greased sheets of parchment or wax paper.
