Take 2 fully ripped peeled bananas into bowl. Add 80gm of butter, and blend well. Add sugar, and blend well
Step 2
Clean the edges properly and mix well. Add milk and blend for 2 mins. Now add baking powder , baking soda and vanilla essence and blend well.
Step 3
Add all purpose flour, and to mix use cut and fold method, and do until a smooth batter is obtained. Add almonds & walnut into the batter and mix well
Step 4
Grease the loaf mould with remaining butter, and pour the batter into the mould
Step 5
Bake at 180 C for 20 mins. Let it cool down and cut into slices. Enjoy the perfect soft banana loaf.
